What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a cybersecurity role in Canada where I can investigate incidents, improve detection and response, work across cloud and endpoint environments, and continue growing through hands-on security operations work.

At Arctic Wolf, I investigate and document security incidents across 250+ customer environments, using Splunk SIEM, MITRE ATT&CK, and XDR/EDR platforms to reduce MTTR by 30% while maintaining 95%+ SLA adherence.

I monitor endpoint deployments across 500+ endpoints, sustain 99%+ agent health, and trace anomalous authentication activity, Active Directory lockouts, and indicators of compromise using NIST CSF-aligned playbooks.

Previously, I resolved sensor health and log-source issues for 100+ customers daily across Windows, Linux, AWS, and Azure environments. I also authored troubleshooting runbooks and knowledge-base content that reduced repeat tickets and improved first-contact resolution.
