I am a results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In my current role at WSFx Global Pay, I independently handle the training and sales process, discussing progress with management and implementing solutions to improve the closing ratio. I have successfully achieved the targets set by the organization and built strong relationships with prospects, fulfilling their needs on a day-to-day basis. Utilizing CRM leads, I connect with new customers to onboard new business, resulting in maintaining a business worth 80 Lakh to 1 Cr.

Prior to my current role, I worked at Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd. (BYJU'S) as a Business Development Manager. I demonstrated my ability to sell over the phone and in person, developing strong client relationships. I also handled a team of 7-8 Sales Associates and was responsible for driving revenue on a weekly basis. I created business plans, set short-term and long-term goals, and evaluated team performance to identify areas for improvement. My solid sales ability and platform knowledge contributed to the success of the business.

Before becoming a Business Development Manager, I started my career as a Business Development Associate at Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd. (BYJU'S). During this time, I focused on revenue generation on a weekly basis and consistently met targets.
