I am a results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In my current role at WSFx Global Pay, I independently handle the training and sales process, discussing progress with management and implementing solutions to improve the closing ratio. Prior to my current role, I worked at Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd. (BYJU'S) as a Business Development Manager. I demonstrated my ability to sell over the phone and in person, developing strong client relationships. I also handled a team of 7-8 Sales Associates and was responsible for driving revenue on a weekly basis. I created business plans, set short-term and long-term goals, and evaluated team performance to identify areas for improvement. My solid sales ability and platform knowledge contributed to the success of the business.
