At Kotak Mahindra Bank, I integrated Temporal into credit-card onboarding journeys to automate asynchronous process management. I also migrated API calls to metering endpoints, adding API keys and channel sources for authenticated access.
I’ve worked on reporting enhancements involving BRE call data and KYC details, and resolved customer feedback by correcting data synchronization and debugging API integrations. I also handled production deployments and issues for the Credit Card Team. Earlier, I implemented a mobile application using Flutter and Firebase at Renovatio Design Solutions.
