At HCL Tech, I designed and executed the end-to-end migration of Reliance Jio subscribers from legacy VM-based AAA to cloud-native cnAAA on Kubernetes, with zero service downtime. I also played an active role in containerizing and partitioning the AAA platform into microservices.
At Tayana Software Solutions, I built a Business Rule Engine utility framework adopted across multiple commercial products and introduced milestone event record logging that reduced production issue resolution time by 50% to 75%. My work has also included developing PCRF and charging systems and designing Diameter protocol interactions for dynamic quota management.
