At ACT – Advanced Computer Technology, I implement and support Oracle Hospitality Inventory Management solutions for more than 40 restaurant and hospitality client projects.

I work directly with clients to translate inventory processes, operational workflows, and system requirements into practical configurations. My implementation work covers system setup, master data preparation, validation, user training, go-live, and post-implementation support.

I support live restaurant operations in real time, troubleshooting inventory, purchasing, receiving, transfers, waste, production, recipes, costing, reporting, and integrations. I also investigate functional issues through transactions, configurations, menu items, inventory movements, and reports.

I deliver on-site and remote training for restaurant teams, managers, and end users while collaborating with implementation, support, and technical teams to resolve complex client issues.
