At Gen II Fund Services, I prepare quarterly statements and LP reports for private equity funds, including funds with private and listed investments. I also update investment schedules and prepare drawdown and distribution notices in response to client requests.
I review monthly bank reconciliations and help perform and track monthly and quarterly controls. I prepare weekly tracker and financial summaries using macros populated via Investran and Report Wizard, and handle audit queries.
At Aztec Group, I maintained accounting records for client entities using eFront and prepared interim and annual accounts under US GAAP and IFRS. My work included fund, GP, and SPV financial statements, capital account statements, PCG reports, and net asset value workbooks.
I also prepared cash reconciliations, investor confirmations, and Jersey Financial Services Commission regulatory statistics, and supported and trained junior colleagues. I’m studying towards the ACCA qualification and have completed training in offshore finance and administration.
