What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote Contracts Manager role where I can draft and manage contracts, negotiate terms, and reduce disputes—working with flexible hours from Algeria and aligning with UTC+1 / US–Europe time zones.

I’m a Master’s graduate in Criminal Law and Corporate Legal Advising, bringing hands-on experience in commercial transactions, negotiation, and contract management. My academic work includes a thesis on fast-track criminal procedure in Algerian legislation, alongside diplomas in corporate legal advising and computer science.

Over 3 years, I ran entrepreneurship across e-commerce and used car resale where I independently drafted sales agreements, negotiated deal terms, handled delivery logistics, and resolved customer disputes. I managed pricing, documentation, and conflict resolution while building long-term trust through transparent negotiations.

I’m now seeking a remote Contracts Manager role to apply my deal-making abilities and legal knowledge.
