Advises DIB contractors on NIST SP 800-171 and DFARS 252.204-7012 readiness, including gap assessments, SSP authoring, POA&M development, and audit-ready evidence packages. Implemented control-level technical requirements and guided a public-sector foundation to a passed CMMC Level 2 assessment with a 110/110 SPRS score.

Drove $14.7M in monthly recurring revenue through go-to-market work with strategic partners including Cohesity, Dell, VMware, Rubrik, and BT. Grew the partner ecosystem through joint business planning, shared KPIs, and executive engagement, and trained over 100 partner sales professionals.

Developed cyber training scenarios for the 688th Cyber Wing, including 10 hours of foundational offensive-cyber course content on Metasploit operations and Linux scripting. Developed Exercise SAVAGE CERBERUS, ensuring all 52 training objectives across 24 cyber-defense technologies were met for 100 personnel.

Directed a 12-person cadre implementing capabilities for the $535M U.S. Air Force Cyberspace Defense (ACD) weapon system. Oversaw development and updating of course material and lesson guides meeting annual cyber training objectives for 19 USAF units and 300 Airmen.

Oversaw operations for the 688th Cyber Wing and its 3,200 cyber professionals, developing training requirements and monitoring tactical and global exercise events. Integrated defensive cyber and intelligence-gathering capabilities into the wing's Cyberspace Military Exercise Program for 500 Airmen.

Led 128 operators providing 24/7/365 cyber defense as the Air Force's lead Cyberspace Security Service Provider unit, protecting 1.4M users and 500,000+ assets at 122 sites. Led Operation GLOWING ALTAIR, scanning 536,000 systems and mitigating over 1,000 vulnerabilities, and created a five-phase cyber reconnaissance methodology that cut data-processing time from 25 days to 3.
