I’m a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor with a strong foundation in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and basic billing procedures. My focus is turning drawings into accurate measurements while keeping cost awareness at the center of my work.

I’ve built practical experience supporting engineers with drawing revisions and updates and assisting with quantity take-off using drawings. I also practiced residential BOQ preparation from foundation to superstructure, strengthening my measurement skills across concrete, masonry, and plastering.

I’m familiar with core cost-control concepts such as basic R.A bills, retentions, and variations. Alongside measurement work, I support efficient documentation using Autocad for drawing reading and basic MS Excel for organization.

In my next role, I’m looking to gain meaningful site and office exposure as part of Bency P.S and grow into a professional Quantity Surveyor in the GCC construction industry.
