I'm a QA Lead with 3+ years of hands-on experience in manual and automated testing across web and mobile applications. I've worked as the sole QA engineer across 7+ client projects spanning ecommerce, fintech, EdTech, ad-tech, and factory management platforms — owning the full QA lifecycle from requirement analysis and test planning through execution, defect management, UAT, and release sign-off.

My experience isn't limited to testing. I also have a product management background — I've led end-to-end product delivery including market research, business model canvas, budget planning, cross-functional team coordination, and stakeholder presentation. This gives me a dual perspective: I think like a PM when understanding product goals, and like a QA engineer when ensuring those goals are delivered with quality.

On the technical side, I'm proficient in Playwright, Appium, Maestro, Selenium, and Postman. I also built Zelqa — an open-source AI-powered QA lifecycle framework that integrates LLM-based test case generation, defect management, requirement traceability matrix, and release metrics into a single pipeline. It reflects how I approach quality: not just as a process, but as a system.

I'm currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, where I'm deepening my understanding of process optimization, quality systems, and systems thinking — all of which directly inform how I approach software quality and product delivery.

I'm fully remote-ready, experienced working with multicultural teams including Japanese clients, and comfortable communicating in English. I'm open to global opportunities in QA automation, quality engineering, or product-adjacent roles.
