I run Coleman Safety Consulting LLC, providing inspections, safety training, and safety program reviews for industrial clients.

Previously, I spent a decade at Bunge North America supporting industrial and manufacturing safety programs at a PSM facility. I administered programs covering confined space, lockout/tagout, fall protection, HazCom, respiratory protection, contractor safety, process safety management, emergency response, and incident investigation while ensuring OSHA and EPA compliance.

At ConAgra Frozen Foods, I supervised an occupational health clinic serving approximately 900 employees and managed workers’ compensation claims through return to work and closure. I also supported safety program development, OSHA reporting, training delivery, inspections, drug and alcohol testing, and emergency response.

My background combines occupational health nursing, safety program administration, regulatory recordkeeping, and practical training for employees and contractors.
