I'm looking to create engaging, performance-focused email and CRM experiences for brands, balancing strong visual design with measurable marketing impact.

At EmailClub, I design and execute email marketing campaigns from concept to send, combining visual design with CRM strategy. I manage segmentation, automated flows, scheduling, and cross-team design support.

I’ve improved underperforming newsletters and flows with user-centric visuals, contributing to a 20%+ increase in engagement. I use benchmarks and A/B tests to resolve UI issues and improve campaign performance.

I create email templates, pop-ups, banners, design systems, and brand-consistent campaign assets using Figma, Klaviyo, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Earlier, at IEC Abroad Ltd., I produced social graphics, website content, infographics, videos, and virtual-event materials for international study programs.
