Basit Ali

I am a final-year Mechanical Engineering student with hands-on internship experience in power generation and oil & gas processing, and a strong foundation in energy systems, mechanical design, and analytical problem-solving. I have contributed to monitoring dehydration and gas sweetening processes at an OGDCL condensate field and gained practical exposure to steam power cycle operations and instrumentation during my time at Jamshoro Power Company Limited.

I have designed and fabricated a thermoelectric generator and implemented a temperature-controlled fan using Arduino, demonstrating both theoretical understanding and practical build skills. I pursue continuous learning—evidenced by certifications in project management, mechanical sealing systems, and fire safety—and I collaborate effectively in teams while adapting quickly to dynamic engineering environments.
