What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead technology strategy and high-performing global engineering organisations, using AI, platform transformation and commercial delivery to create measurable growth, resilience and operational efficiency.

I've led technology transformation across THG Ingenuity's global commerce ecosystem, supporting 190+ brands in 200+ trading regions and platforms processing £2.18bn in annual revenue. Most recently, I directed Marketing Technology, Marketplaces and Agentic AI for a 120+ engineer organisation.

I grew marketplace GMV from £800k to £30M monthly, generated £55M+ in quarterly revenue through Customer Identity Resolution, and protected £13M+ in eCRM revenue. I also operationalised AI across delivery and operations, reducing operational overhead by 87% and improving delivery predictability to 75–80%.

Previously, I built THG Ingenuity's first permanent engineering hub outside the UK, scaling it from zero to 120 engineers in 15 months and delivering £8M+ annual savings. Across checkout, payments, fraud and infrastructure, I've recovered and protected substantial GMV, delivered zero-downtime Black Fridays, and turned technology strategy into board-level commercial outcomes.
