At Infosys, I deliver 24x7 SOC monitoring and incident response for enterprise clients in an MSP model. I investigate endpoint malware, phishing, identity compromise, and Microsoft 365 security incidents.
I manage vulnerability scanning programs and provide prioritized remediation guidance. I also research emerging threats and zero-day vulnerabilities, then publish threat advisories and IOCs.
At Infosys, I led onboarding and management of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint across Windows servers and workstations. I tuned alert policies, investigated endpoint alerts, and carried out isolation and remediation through Defender workflows.
Previously, at Konica Minolta Business Solutions, I monitored client EDR, email, SIEM, and network security systems. I also supported QRadar administration and Active Directory monitoring, and produced security reports.
