I’m seeking a dedicated vendor risk, third-party risk, or GRC analyst role where I can apply hands-on ARAVO configuration, vendor lifecycle support, ITIL change control, and audit-ready risk operations experience.

At Cognizant, I administer ARAVO third-party risk platform configurations for global enterprise clients, including vendor entity setup, risk workflows, questionnaires, and reassessment triggers.

I manage platform updates and change requests within ITIL change controls, while handling incident, problem, and service request tickets in ServiceNow. I’ve sustained 100% SLA compliance for client risk teams.

I maintain Excel-based tracking for vendor status, workflow exceptions, and assessment completion to support governance and audit reporting.

I work across risk, procurement, and vendor management teams to resolve workflow dependencies and keep third-party risk lifecycles moving. I’m looking to bring hands-on ARAVO and TPRM configuration experience to a vendor risk, third-party risk, or GRC analyst role.
