What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a patient-centered clinical role where I can combine primary care with emergency readiness, deliver evidence-based treatment, coordinate referrals, and grow within a quality-focused, ethical healthcare environment.

I provide patient-centered primary care and emergency management as a General Physician at HCL Healthcare’s on-campus clinic, handling daily outpatient consultations for acute and chronic conditions while ensuring appropriate follow-up and specialist referrals. I also manage on-site emergencies—prompt stabilization and referral—while maintaining continuity through accurate medical documentation and EMR entries aligned with HCL Healthcare protocols. Beyond clinical care, I oversee OHC administrative operations, including mock drills (Code Blue, Code Red, chemical spill management), clinic audits, and ACLS ambulance preparedness.

Previously, as a Medical Officer at ECHS Polyclinic, I supported a high-volume OPD and managed complex care needs across acute and chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, COPD, asthma, and arthritis. I reviewed clinical reports for insurance claims and treatment approvals, including major condition authorizations for cancer care, while ensuring compliance with ECHS guidelines and medical necessity. I also coordinated referrals to empanelled tertiary centers, supervised nursing and paramedical workflow, and delivered preventive health education and counselling on diet, lifestyle modification, and medication adherence.

My clinical foundation spans CCU, Emergency Medicine, and Pediatrics: from ECG/EKG interpretation and continuous hemodynamic monitoring to airway management, initial stabilization, and assisting in emergency procedures under consultant supervision. I have developed strong medico-legal documentation skills and multidisciplinary coordination across ER/ICU and inpatient settings, along with experience in neonatal and child OPDs, immunizations exposure, and management of pediatric emergencies.
