In my Claim Analyst Trainee role at HCLs Consulting Pvt. Ltd., I handled medical billing and coding operations for two client accounts, including exposure to the Pediatrics department. I gained hands-on experience in claim submission, payment posting, ERA/EOB processing, AR follow-up, and eligibility & benefits verification, while supporting accurate billing workflows and learning end-to-end revenue cycle management processes.

Alongside healthcare work, I built deep practical lab knowledge through industrial training and workshops at SomicsLifesciences Pvt. Ltd. My hands-on experience covered Advanced Biotech Industrial Techniques including “Microbiological Techniques, DNA/RNA/Protein Isolation, Gel Electrophoresis, PCR, Protein Estimation, SDS-PAGE, Fermentation & Chromatography.” I also participated in “Essential Microbiology Techniques,” “Genomic DNA Extraction,” and a national conference on environmental protection.

I completed a 53-day internship at District Hospital, Badaun on “Role of Modern Diagnostic Techniques in a Pathology Laboratory,” working with automated biochemistry analyzers and molecular techniques to support accurate, efficient, and reliable diagnosis. Volunteering with Umeed – A Drop of Hope strengthened my communication, coordination, and organizational skills through community outreach and welfare work, and I bring that positive, team-oriented mindset to everything I do.
