At T-Bank, I develop integrations between enterprise AI search and internal systems, and built RAG components in Python plus a document pipeline for OpenSearch vector search. I also implemented permission-aware filters so search results respect employees’ access rights.
At Sber (SberTech), I provided L3 support for the IAM authentication platform, handling incidents from triage and workaround through root cause analysis. I resolved 14 of 19 incidents without developer involvement, investigating issues such as DNS, TLS certificates, OIDC redirects, and Keycloak caching.
At Sber (SberTech), I also supported the payment gateway and traced payments stuck after 3DS to a race condition between processor callbacks and status polling. I worked with the development team on a fix with strict status transitions, idempotent webhook handling, and a reconciliation job.
