What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a full-time role in financial management, corporate finance, or strategic consulting where I can apply business planning, valuation, and fundraising expertise to optimize financial processes, secure key investments, and support organizational growth.

At Bako Motors, I manage financial operations across entities in Tunisia, Luxembourg, France, Saudi Arabia, and Tunisia, building consolidated business plans, valuations, rolling forecasts, and financial statements.

I've secured $1M from Saudi private investors and previously secured a €1M fundraise from private investors and Flat6Labs. I pitch to investors and accelerators in French and English, manage grant reporting, negotiate bank financing, and report financial performance to boards and shareholders.

I also work across accounting, legal, and business development—supporting audits and CAC preparation with accounting firms, establishing the Saudi Arabia company, drafting commercial agreements, and representing Bako Motors at conferences and investor events.
