I am an Actuarial Science MSc graduate with a B.Sc in Statistics and several years' hands-on experience in customer service and data enrollment. I hold a Microsoft Advanced Excel certification and gained practical IT experience during SIWES.
At Stonegate Golden Heritage Limited I managed customer interactions, attended to callers and emails from April 2017 to December 2024, and earlier served as an Enrollment Officer with NIMC during NYSC, entering applicant data into national databases.
