At Massar Agency, I deliver web, mobile, and brand-identity projects for Algerian SMBs, from scoping to deployment. I’ve shipped offline-first desktop and mobile products with licensing, auto-updates, and database sync.
I built HireAI, an AI recruitment SaaS with CV parsing, fit scoring, and voice interview agents in French, Arabic, and English. My project work also includes STAT-DZ, a national statistics dashboard for a government client, and desktop products for retail operations.
At Haut Commissariat à la Numérisation (HCN), I contributed to a government digitalization project involving confidential national statistics. I also built the AI agent for Sign-Bridge, an assistive sign-language app, and completed the Thirduni x LangChain AI agents program while studying Computer Engineering with an AI Engineering specialization.
