What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute clear, evidence-based nutrition and health content in the nutrition and pharmaceutical sectors.

I create clear, engaging nutrition and health content from complex scientific and medical information, with experience across Europe and Asia.

I've written and edited articles for magazines, newspapers, and health websites, maintained a WordPress blog, and authored Healthy & Happy Without Diets. As Editor in Chief of the Dutch professional magazine for nutritionists and dietetics, I set editorial standards and led the production of seven evidence-based editions for healthcare professionals.

At Yakult Europe, I led internal communications, educational materials, factory visits, CRM harmonization, and digital asset management initiatives across Europe. At Nutricia, I translated scientific baby-nutrition news for paediatric and maternity-care professionals and delivered lectures and workshops.

I'm looking to contribute research-driven content creation to nutrition and pharmaceutical organizations.
