At Refugee Rights Turkey, I assess legal precedents to inform case strategy, draft motions and petitions, and negotiate settlements and mediate disputes. I currently work as a Lawyer in Izmir.
At Association for Social Development and Aid Mobilization (SGDD-ASAM), I delivered training and advice to refugee and migrant groups, children and their families, women, LGBTIQ+ individuals, and civil society organisations. I also contributed to court proceedings on behalf of families and delivered child-protection workshops.
Earlier, as a Lawyer at Refugee Support Center (MUDEM-RSC) and Atty. Ali Tufan Konuk, I researched and filed legal documents, advised clients, and represented clients in court hearings and negotiations. I’m pursuing a Master of Science in Women's Studies at Dokuz Eylul University, with an expected completion date of February 2027.
