I am a highly meticulous and results-driven Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer with a strong foundation in manual testing. My expertise lies in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM. I have hands-on experience in testing CRM systems, web, and mobile applications, ensuring quality through detailed testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Currently, I am expanding my automation skills by learning Cypress to support future test automation initiatives.
