At MOON TOGO, I’m responsible for the field teams’ offline-capable app, from business requirements through Play Store release. I integrated PAYGO payments and updates that work without going through the store, and corrected Android 16 issues before field use.
I brought 3,958 quality alerts to zero in four days and reduced pre-release checks from 8–11 minutes to 3–4 minutes. I also provide technical direction to three developers; shared code helped bring the after-sales app up to the same level in one week.
