At Al Qamar Space, I performed the electromagnetic sizing of Helmholtz coils for a 10 cm helicon thruster. I built a parametric MATLAB model and validated the design in COMSOL Multiphysics 6.3.

At SAFRAN Aerosystems, I ran value-stream mapping in the oxygen workshop to pinpoint constraints and benchmark actual production time against standard time. At MATIS Aerospace, I led a Green Belt DMAIC project on the Boeing 737 MAX wiring-harness line, raising line yield from 44% to 50% by restructuring end-cell assemblies.

For an academic aircraft design project, I led the design of a 10-seat corporate business jet, taking it from analysis, aerodynamics, and CAD through to a flight-tested scaled prototype. I also designed a medical-delivery fixed-wing UAV and led systems engineering across a five-discipline team.

My project work also includes finite element analysis of a CRJ 200 fuselage and a comparison of turbulence models for high-angle-of-attack airfoils against NASA data. I’m seeking a junior engineering role where I can apply my simulation, design, and testing experience to real-world projects.
