I'm leading two Trakhees-approved G+7 residential towers in Dubai, with a combined value of over AED 54M, through structural and finishing stages.
At Eng. Adnan Saffarini Consultant, I supervise excavation, compaction, foundations, rebar, formwork, and concrete works while coordinating MEP teams, subcontractors, architects, and consultants. I also manage ITP-based inspections, NCR closure, HSE compliance, progress reporting, and site documentation.
I've delivered a Dubai Municipality-approved AED 10M commercial-cum-residential project to completion and bring hands-on UAE experience across reinforced-concrete residential and commercial construction. I'm ready to extend this foundation into substation civil works, including foundations, control buildings, cable trenches, and equipment plinths.
