Avisi Pandey

I’m an architect (COA registered) based in Hyderabad, and I’ve been passionate about architecture since school. I’m actively pursuing opportunities to grow, learn, and contribute to projects that balance function, clarity, and design intent.

As a Junior Architect at Genesis Planners, I designed concepts and schematic layouts for mixed-use projects, created 2D drawings and detailed documentation, and conducted area calculations for saleable and built-up spaces. I focus on turning early ideas into drawings that teams can build from.

As a freelance Interior Architect in Hyderabad and Bengaluru, I worked on compact, efficient office interiors and minimalist, brand-accented spaces. I also assisted with material selection and detailing, and redesigned retail spaces by merging tradition with modern aesthetics.

Earlier, I supported design for an IT hub (7-acre) and a mixed-use site (12-acre) at Venkataramanan Associates. I created technical drawings in Revit and AutoCAD and gained experience with site coordination and vendor interaction—shaping how I think about design feasibility from day one.
