Austin Ondretti
@austinondretti
Experienced embedded engineer specializing in C/C++ firmware, STM32/ARM systems, and product-device development, research and analysis.
What I'm looking for
I am an embedded engineer with a B.Eng. in Biomedical Engineering and a track record building firmware and IoT products across startups and defence contractors. I have led development of STM32/ARM-based devices, improved product longevity by removing dependencies, and contributed as a primary C++ engineer on distributed smart-home and mission-critical surveillance systems.
I collaborate across disciplines to solve deep investigative problems, improve automated testing (Jenkins), and develop tooling to harmonize engineering and business workflows. I bring strong communication, agile/scrum experience, and a service-oriented work ethic focused on delivering reliable embedded solutions on schedule.
