At Samsung R&D Institute Bangladesh, I tested Galaxy Wearable Plugin and Galaxy Watch features on Android, supporting pre-release quality validation for Galaxy Watch 9. I also validated AI assistant chatbot user flows, expected responses, and edge cases.
I documented and tracked defects in PLM, retested fixes, and confirmed resolutions to support release readiness. My testing work included functional, regression, sanity, and exploratory testing.
For my E-Commerce API Testing project, I built a REST API test suite with positive and negative cases, JavaScript assertions, and automated request chaining. I also built a multi-label classifier for Stack Exchange questions and deployed it with ONNX, Hugging Face Spaces (Gradio), and Flask.
