At IWFM, BUET, I’m researching Urban Heat Island effects for the Anticipatory Action for Health in a Changing Climate project, using ArcGIS Pro for spatial analysis and mapping urban heat patterns.
For my undergraduate thesis, I investigated water treatment sludge and lime for improving subgrade soil properties. My testing included Atterberg Limits, Standard Proctor Compaction, UCS, and CBR, and I identified 5% lime as the optimum dosage.
My civil engineering projects include structural design work on a composite steel girder bridge and a 10-story reinforced concrete building. I’m interested in sustainable infrastructure, climate resilience, and engineering consultancy.
