At Bayer, I work across financial accounting and Source-to-Pay for entities in multiple countries. I own month-end and year-end close for four legal entities in Turkey and Morocco, and built a Power BI skills dashboard to help MENAT finance management plan upskilling and knowledge sharing.
I rolled out Bayer’s Esker AP automation program across five countries, adapting the setup to local requirements and training 400 users. I also automated Greece’s year-end posting with Power Query, taking it from three days to 30 minutes, and supported the Monsanto Turkey carve-out of approximately €22M in assets.
