I am a Nursery Supervisor with five years of hands-on experience in plant care, propagation, irrigation management, and nursery operations. I lead teams to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

At Naeem Plants Nursery I supervised daily operations, assigned tasks for planting, potting, pruning and watering, and implemented pest and disease control measures following safety guidelines. I also maintained nursery cleanliness and workplace health and safety.

I trained new workers on nursery procedures and plant care techniques, created reports, invoices, and records using Microsoft Word, and contributed simple marketing materials using basic graphic design skills.

I hold a Bachelor (4 years) in Botany from Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Sheringal and completed professional training in MS Word, CCTV installation & maintenance, and other practical skills that support efficient nursery management.
