I’m looking to lead teams building scalable web applications—owning architecture, guiding engineering quality through clean code and code reviews, and focusing on performance optimization and reliable, client-focused delivery.

I’m Asim Nizam, a Technical Lead building and maintaining scalable web applications and backend systems. I architect solutions using Laravel and Core PHP with a strong focus on performance and scalability.

In my current role at BTAB GROUP (Australia), I lead a team of developers to deliver client-focused outcomes. I oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and development to deployment—while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.

I’m hands-on with backend architecture, code quality, and delivery excellence. I conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, mentor junior developers, and ensure teams maintain clean code and high standards for reliability and maintainability.

Previously at PRAETORS PVT LTD, I built full-scale platforms from scratch using Laravel and Core PHP, including database structures and backend architecture. Earlier work as a Frontend & WordPress Developer let me develop responsive WordPress sites and admin experiences, improving UI/UX with React, JavaScript, and modern frontend practices.
