At Emmanuel Holidays, I audited PO and non-PO vendor invoices against supporting documents, approvals and agreed terms, and coded invoices to the correct accounts. I investigated billing discrepancies and followed up with suppliers for corrected invoices or credits.

I prepared and coordinated vendor payments, handled refunds and payment disputes, and traced pending or unmatched payments to close open items. I also reconciled vendor, bank and customer accounts and kept audit-ready records.

By identifying bottlenecks in verification and approval workflows and supporting process changes, I contributed to a 30% reduction in invoice-processing turnaround time. I recorded transactions in USD, EUR and INR and calculated TDS.
