At Mindteck Bangalore, I work as a Software Test Engineer on CMS in the investment banking domain and CRM in the telecom domain.
For CMS, I design and execute test cases from functional specifications and perform functional, regression, and retesting. I also report defects and follow them through closure.
On CRM, I write manual test cases and scenarios, validate expected outputs against database tables using SQL, and identify test cases for automation.
I work with Agile methodologies and follow SDLC and testing processes. My experience includes manual and non-functional testing, API testing, database testing, and tools including Postman, Jira, Java, and Selenium.
