At IBM, I define transformation architecture across Marriott International, Marriott Vacations Worldwide, and CEVA Logistics. My work spans hospitality, vacation ownership, and logistics platforms.
For Marriott International and Marriott Vacations Worldwide, I shaped modernization strategies for legacy application estates, using phased migration and re-solutioning to move toward event-driven target-state platforms. I also established data and integration governance for hybrid environments where legacy and modern platforms operated side by side.
At CEVA Logistics, I advise on aligning acquired software platforms with enterprise standards, including target-state approaches and integration sequencing. I also identify opportunities to use AI-assisted migration, data mapping, and integration in that transition.
Across my current accounts, I advise on enterprise AI architecture, adoption, and governance, including LLM integration, RAG, MCP, and AI agents. Earlier at IBM, I contributed to airline and logistics modernization for Delta Air Lines and UPS; at Accenture, I led development and design teams.
