What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote, online, or back-office opportunities in estimation, quantity take-off, BOQs, rate analysis, costing, and billing with construction companies, contractors, builders, and interior firms in India or international markets.

I've spent 25+ years in construction, from site engineering on industrial and commercial projects to running Unique Interiors and Contractors. I prepare estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analyses, project costing, and contractor and RA bills.

I support high-rise residential finishing packages including tiling, gypsum, false ceilings, and painting, connecting drawings and site measurements to accurate quotations, billing, and cost control. I'm open to remote, online, and back-office commercial roles with construction, contractor, builder, and interior firms.
