I am an entry-level accounting professional with a Bachelor of Commerce and hands-on experience in customer service and bookkeeping. I have practical knowledge of invoice processing, ledger maintenance, and accurate data entry using Tally Prime.
My background includes a customer-facing role where I handled inquiries across phone, email, and live chat, collaborated with teams to resolve issues, and maintained detailed records to ensure follow-up and resolution.
