I’m a senior finance leader with 30+ years of strategic and operational excellence, leading financial operations across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. I align finance with business vision through integrity, adaptability, collaboration, and leadership maturity.

In recent roles as Head–Finance & Accounts and Head of Finance, I directed finance operations, internal controls, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. I managed end-to-end budgeting across group entities and delivered monthly P&L and Balance Sheet analyses to the Executive Committee (ExCom).

A signature achievement has been finance automation—reducing operational costs while improving reporting accuracy. I also strengthened compliance programs and trained 800+ staff across departments, ensuring regulatory adherence during complex, multinational operations.

My background spans corporate finance, taxation (direct and indirect), audit and statutory compliance, forex and cross-border compliance, joint venture structuring, and multinational audits. From cash flow forecasting and credit collections to MIS dashboards and ERP-driven reporting, I build scalable finance systems that drive disciplined decision-making and business transformation.
