At CTI Cellular, I diagnose and repair smartphones, laptops, and desktop systems while setting up user accounts, configuring devices, and maintaining service documentation. I also install operating systems, apply updates and patches, replace defective components, and troubleshoot router and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
Through my freelance electronics repair work, I independently manage device repairs, customer communication, scheduling, and residential Wi-Fi support. I'm currently pursuing IT Support Specialist training at BTVI and have earned CompTIA ITF+ certification while progressing toward CompTIA A+ and CCNA.
