I’m a certified Chief Information Officer (CIO) and cybersecurity advisor who translates security posture into actionable defense solution designs. I focus on architectures and proposals that meet accreditation and operational requirements while supporting growth objectives.
In my current role as Manager, Solution Architecture (Defense), I lead CMMC-aligned practices through working groups and capability statements. I also coordinate cross-functional teams to build bid-ready, compliant solutions and craft written technical responses for RFPs.
Previously, as a Sr. Account Director – Department of Defense Security at Lumen, I accelerated the development and launch of innovative DoD products and services. I architected and sold the company’s first Authorization to Operate (ATO) as a Service and exceeded 100% of sales targets every year.
Earlier in my career with the U.S. Navy, I served as Chief Technology Officer - Chief Information Security Officer, providing oversight of cybersecurity policies and leading large-scale multi-year programs. I’ve also led governance, risk, and compliance as a Director and Program Manager, including building compliance programs aligned to Yellowbook Auditing Standards and CIGIE best practices.
