What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead polymer R&D, formulation, and process-development work where I can commercialize products, manage technical teams, and collaborate across functions in an international environment.

I lead a 9-person polymer R&D team operating glass and pilot reactors across three shifts, managing formulation design and process development for commercial products.

My work spans saturated and unsaturated polyester resins, composites, powder coatings, and polyurethane hotmelt adhesives, contributing to an average of 8–10 newly commercialized products each year. I also contributed to a TÜBİTAK 1511 project that commercialized two products.

With an MSc in Chemical Engineering, I combine hands-on polymer synthesis, performance testing, technical troubleshooting, quality documentation review, and cross-departmental coordination. I work effectively in international environments in Turkish, German, and English.
