At ALDI SÜD International Services, I supported 30+ international WMS go-lives across Germany, the USA and the UK. I analyzed requirements across inbound, inventory and outbound processes, then translated business needs into functional enhancements, reporting logic and validation scenarios.

I owned reporting and analytics requirements for a standardized 15-KPI warehouse reporting suite in IBM Cognos and Tableau. I also used Oracle SQL and test data to validate logic, identify gaps and assess downstream impacts.

At ThoughtLine Digital, I created the initial FSD framework for a custom CRM and Fleet Management System engagement where detailed functional specifications were missing. I refined it with the Product Owner and supported development and QA with process flows, functional feedback and SQL-based validation.
