At Wipro PARI, I designed ASRS and conveyor system components including chain conveyors, roller conveyors, Y-Carts, Cross Transfer, and pallet transfer systems. I modeled 20+ conveyor assemblies, released 1,000+ manufacturing drawings, and supported 6+ ASRS projects.
I use Solid Edge and AutoCAD to create 3D models, manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, and GA drawings, BOMs, and installation layouts. My work includes engineering calculations, cycle time, kinematic, and throughput analysis, alongside ECN/ECR implementation and shop-floor issue resolution.
Through E-Baja 2023 and Finolex Industry Ltd, I built hands-on experience in powertrain design, TIG welding, lathe machining, vehicle assembly, industrial operations, and mechanical maintenance.

Led the Powertrain Team during E-Baja 2023, contributing to the project's successful completion through effective coordination with cross-functional teams. Responsible for powertrain calculations, gear and gearbox casing design, 3D modeling of the complete transmission assembly, and preparation of manufacturing AutoCAD drawings.
