On PravaahAI, I architected a stateful multi-agent customer support platform using LangGraph, FastAPI, and LLMs. Its six specialized agents handled intent-based routing and coordinated workflows, with guardrails, escalation, and observability built into the system.
I built ContractFlow for semantic search, document Q&A, summarization, and legal-risk analysis, and developed an NLP project that improved sentiment accuracy from 63% to 84% while reaching 97% urgency classification accuracy.
