At FarMart, I own product design for FarMart OS and the supplier Android app. I cut core order-flow turnaround time by 20%.
I redesigned supplier KYC across FarMart Pro, FarMart OS, and in-app self-KYC, adding government-API verification and auto-approval for clear cases. Onboarding went from 15 minutes to under 3, while approval turnaround fell from 8 hours to 5 minutes.
I led the supplier payout module, replacing separate steps with one approval queue and a controlled bank handoff. Transaction time fell from 2–3 hours to minutes, and manual UTR and CSV errors were removed.
Alongside my FarMart work, I built UPSCYatra from product design through code and growth, and created the Build in Framer gallery. I prototype in production frontend code, and specified a Joy UI design system rolled out across three React products.
