At OpenTreatment, I lead end-to-end product design for a B2C healthcare price-transparency marketplace connecting self-pay patients with verified doctors, hospitals, and labs across Delhi NCR. I designed the patient mobile app and provider platform, covering discovery and booking as well as provider onboarding and pricing.
I built and maintain a scalable Figma design system for the patient app, provider platform, and internal operations panel. I partner with founders and engineers to turn complex healthcare workflows into patient-centered experiences.
Previously at Focusoft HQ, I redesigned RCFeed’s information architecture, navigation, and interaction flows, reducing its bounce rate by 26%. At All That Grass, I improved responsive web experiences through user feedback and iterative design, contributing to a 4% increase in conversion rates over six months.
