What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a dynamic, tech-driven organization where I can keep improving automation, own bot reliability end-to-end, and grow quickly through new responsibilities. I want practical impact, fast feedback, and strong teamwork.

I’m a young professional passionate about technology, automation, and the development of innovative solutions. With a B. Sc. in Biology from UNAM, I developed strong analytical skills through experimental data analysis using R and Excel.

Since April 2025, I’ve been working as an RPA Automation Analyst, where I monitor and maintain automated bots, provide Level 1 technical support, resolve incidents, and track bot performance. I’m proactive and results-oriented, so I focus on continuous improvement while keeping automated processes stable and dependable.

Previously, as a Laboratory Technician at UNAM, I worked with laboratory information systems, interacted directly with clients to execute bots on demand, and delivered behavior and execution reports to supervisors while following quality control procedures. In my Hospital Centro Médico Interlomas project, I simulated RPA workflows for clinical process automation—collecting, processing, and analyzing clinical samples; reducing manual errors; managing inventory and supplier needs; and creating bots to automate admin tasks like downloading files, generating PDFs, and sending email alerts. I also hold an Oracle Next Education Backend Development certification (JavaScript, HTML, SQL) and an Automation Anywhere Advanced certification, strengthening my ability to design, monitor, and improve automation from both business and technical angles.
